Can I use it on more than one PC or share my license?

No. Subscriptions are linked to a specific computer and can only be used by the license (key) owner. We investigate abuse in this way and ban the account without warning.

I received a HWID (Hardware ID) error. What do I do?

All users are entitled to one (01) HWID reset, if you have already done a reset and are receiving an HWID error, you will need to purchase a new license.

I am unable to access my account. How can I get it back?

The first step you can do is request a new password and it will be sent to your email. Remember to check your spam folder.
If after 1 hour you have not received any email, please open a support ticket.

Is plan renewal automatic?

Do you know your Netflix or Spotify account, which you sign up for once and don’t need to renew every month? Here, it works like that too! Auto-renewal is designed to ensure that downloads are always possible. This feature is enabled by default on all our plans, you can manage your subscription from the¬†Plans¬†page.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin and Pix.

I’m getting an error when trying to inject. What to do?

You can search for the error within the forum to see how other users have fixed this issue, or you can create a thread with the error you are experiencing to get help.

Does the software contain viruses or spyware?

Our software can be detected as a virus because we use Drivers via Kernel to inject the code into Ram Memory. However, there is no way for you to know specifically without having knowledge of programming or being able to read the Software’s source code. We have been on the market for 4 years and we can guarantee that our software does not contain any viruses or spyware, we have an experienced development team and we spend many hours developing our website, forum and software.
