Before a refund is issued, please allow us to try to help resolve any issues you may have by opening a ticket via chat or the contact page. Please allow 24 hours for our support team to respond to your support requests. We do our best to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
Digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after purchase. There is no “trial” or “cooling off period” after the purchase of any product, meaning all sales are final. Once you have purchased software, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds cannot be provided.
We can issue a refund if the product you downloaded from our site is completely unusable.
However, if you request a refund or open a dispute after receiving the product, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your account.
Refunds will not be given if you simply decide not to use the products you purchased. We stand behind our products and will help you resolve any issues you may have, but we also expect you to properly understand what you are purchasing and why.
Some offers may include a non-refundable clause. If so, it will be visible or linked on the offer page.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products, except if the product you purchased is:
- completely non-functional
- and/or the main product description was completely misleading.
- and/or you did not download any or many files from our website.
- and/or you did not download any files you purchased and it has not been 7 days since you purchased them.
Please also note that:
- You can cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- If you are refunded, access to the products you purchased will be removed.
- Refunds may take up to 2 days to be reflected in your account.
